About Amy Foster
I qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2015 and then furthered this to injury rehabilitation in 2016. I have been helping people both over come injury and release the strain of daily life.
I first set up my clinic in Huddersfield where I was also a personal trainer. I ran this for 5 years until 2020 when Covid hit. I then also relocated to Congleton, but couldn't reopen due to the difficulties at this time.
I have now had a baby and am in a position to be able to run my clinic from home and rebuild my client base.
Seeing the impact I can have on peoples daily lives and sporting performances is incredible and I put my all into making sure every client gets the treatment they need.

Where am I?
I am currently operating out of my home in Congleton. I can occasionally do home visits if needed, please enquire for more information.
